Terms of Service

Important: PusherZ is a motivation tool, not a medical service. Exercise within your own limits and consult a healthcare professional before changing your activity level or weight, especially if you have a medical condition.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use PusherZ. These terms govern use of the apps and this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Health

PusherZ is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

3. Fair play

Do not falsify activity, manipulate sensors, automate the app, or exploit bugs. We may invalidate points or suspend accounts that do.

4. Community

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam, or harmful health advice. Group admins can remove content and members; you can report and block other members.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post and grant PusherZ a limited license to display it to the groups you share it with.

6. Advertising

PusherZ is free to use and may show a banner along the bottom of the main screens after you confirm you are 18 or older. Ads are provided by third parties through Unity LevelPlay, including ironSource, Meta Audience Network, and the Unity Ads adapter in that SDK. We do not use your weight or health data to choose ads. If you tap an ad, the advertiser’s own terms apply to that destination. You can limit ad personalization with the iOS tracking prompt or by resetting the Android advertising ID.

7. Privacy

How account, activity, weight, and advertising data are handled is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue features. You can delete your account at any time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions: PusherZ@bylishi.com.
